To provide our core services, AdHelix connects to third-party social media platforms. We only access data for which you have granted explicit permission via the respective platform's OAuth consent screen.

Meta API (Facebook & Instagram): Ad creative assets (images, videos), ad copy, and performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, Impressions, Spend).

Google Ads API: Video assets (YouTube), headlines, descriptions, and conversion data.

TikTok For Business API: Ad videos, spark ads data, and campaign performance analytics.

Pinterest & LinkedIn Ads (Optional): Similar creative and performance metadata.

4. How We Use Your Data
We process the data pulled from these APIs for the following purposes:

Creative Decomposition: Breaking down videos into frames and images into elements using AI/Machine Learning

Correlation Analysis: Identifying statistical patterns between specific creative elements and performance KPIs (e.g., ROAS).

Reporting: Visualizing insights to help you optimize your advertising spend.

Platform Improvement: Enhancing our proprietary tagging algorithms.

Note: We do not sell your advertising data to third parties.

5. Data Storage and Security
Location: We store data primarily on secure servers located in Switzerland or within the European Economic Area (EEA), typically using AWS (Amazon Web Services).

Retention: We retain API data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with historical trend analysis. You can request data deletion at any time.

Encryption: All data in transit is encrypted using Industry-standard TLS (Transport Layer Security).

6. Disclosure to Third Parties
We may share data with service providers (sub-processors) who assist in our operations (e.g., cloud hosting, AI processing). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data. We do not share your raw performance data with other AdHelix users; all benchmarks are anonymized and aggregated.

Withdrawal of Consent: You can disconnect your Social Media API at any time via the AdHelix settings or the third-party platform’s security settings.
